An International Worshop on “Trends and Opportunities in the Construction Sector” will be held at the ACCIONA headquarters in Madrid on 22 November 2016.
This 1-day event will bring together the main players in construction innovation (large companies and SMEs, universities, technological centers, entrepreneurs, consultancies, technological platforms and clusters). The specific aim of this seminar is to present the international trends and opportunities in the construction sector, allowing participants in the workshop to network and develop partnerships. In recent months, the European Commission and European Parliament have financed numerous initiatives on or around the topic of resource efficiency in the construction industry, more particularly looking at waste and recycling. In order to give you a full picture of these projects and their latest news, Construction Products Europe will organise a resource efficiency workshop on 22nd November in Brussels. The event will include detailed presentations by Commission officials and by the HISER, BAMB and FISSAC projects, in addition to a debate, where we will look into the project recommendations and the approach of industry.
